Delivery
Art de Suisse offers the following delivery methods:
- In-store pickup at the boutique (Karlovy Vary): Free of charge, by prior arrangement.
- Courier delivery within the Czech Republic: Free for orders over CZK 10,000, otherwise according to the current carrier price list.
- International delivery within the EU: By individual arrangement depending on the destination country and order value.
Goods are dispatched in discreet packaging and are always insured for the full value of the shipment. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 1829(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
- The goods must not be worn, altered, or otherwise damaged.
- They must be returned complete, including original packaging, certificates, instructions, and the tax document.
- The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer (Section 1820(1)(g) of the Civil Code).
Returns must be notified in advance in writing (e.g., by email to customer service).
Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, the customer will be refunded by the same method used for payment, no later than within 14 days, in accordance with Section 1832 of the Civil Code.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, withdrawal from the contract is not possible if:
- the goods were customised at the customer's request (e.g., engraving, strap length adjustment, bespoke production);
- the goods were sealed and the consumer broke the protective seal (e.g., for hygienic reasons).
Product Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint about defective goods under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, and Sections 2099 et seq. of the Civil Code. A complaint may be filed no later than 24 months from receipt of the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
